It is free for qualifying homes. We confirm by phone before your visit, so you know where you stand before anyone comes out. Free leak detection works the same way.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and moisture readings, and guide you through the claims process with your insurance company. Your policy and your insurer decide what is covered.
How long does water damage restoration take?
It depends on the damage. Typical times: assessment 1 to 2 hours, water extraction 1 to 2 days, drying and dehumidification 3 to 5 days, cleaning and sanitizing 1 to 2 days, restoration and repairs 1 to 2 weeks. Timelines vary from job to job.

I have a water leak right now. What should I do?
Act fast, and only do what is safe:
- Shut off the water supply if you can reach the valve.
- Turn off electricity near the water, if you can do it safely.
- Take photos and video of the damage for your insurance.
- Remove standing water if it is safe, and start drying the area.
- Watch for mold in the days after.
Is it safe to clean up mold myself?
Our advice is to leave it alone until it is inspected. Scrubbing, scraping or blowing a fan across it can spread spores to other rooms. Keep the doors to that area closed, and keep anyone with asthma, allergies or breathing problems away from it.
